United Way of Central New Mexico is looking to contract with an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consultant. This consultant will help guide our DEI efforts in all aspects of our work. Our objective is to create a culture shift where UWCNM’s culture and community outreach is centered around equity and inclusion.

The consultant will administer an assessment of our work, identify needed DEI changes and training, lead DEI trainings or hire trainers, make recommendations on how to implement culture changes, work closely with UWCNM’s DEI committee, and use the United Way Worldwide Equity Toolkit to help guide the process and evaluate and track outcomes.
