Grant applications will be submitted online through the platform Submittable. Agencies will be required to create a free Submittable account in order to apply. For technical support, please contact the Submittable Help Center.
2023 Grant Cycle Process Timeline
Phase 1: Grant Application

Applicant information sessions

Grant Applications Open

Completed Grants Application Due
Phase 2: Application Review

UWNCNM staff and Grant Panels review applications individually. Grant panel is comprised of community members and UWNCNM staff.
Mid-May
Grant Review Panel convenes and determines agencies to receive awards.
Phase 3: Outcome of Application Process
June
Full UWNCNM Board approves allocations.
Signed Award Agreements due prior to payment.
June
Agencies will be notified of the outcome of the grant application.
July
Agencies will receive payment based on UWNCNM board approval
